A six-year-old boy was suspended for what school officials are calling sexual harassment. They claim that the first grader sang the LMFAO song “Sexy and I Know It” to a female classmate.
The boy’s mom says the school’s zero tolerance rule has gone too far and his family is trying to clear his name.
Randy Zelin and Arthur Aidala share their legal opinions on the matter.
Aidala said, “Let’s hope this gets fixed
because this should not be a blemish, a little mark on this kid’s record.” Zelin actually agreed, for a change, saying, “Neither one of them even understood what the words meant.”
